Growing up, Zebbie was lucky enough to live with a varied crowd from approximately fifty different countries (she'd be happy to name as many as she can remember, if you'd really like her to). This gave her a keen interest in human interactions and what makes people who they are. She aims for all of her stories to reflect this at their core, in some small way at least.

Zebbie is from the UK and lives with her two Amazing Travelling Cats and her Other Half, who occasionally jokes that if her writing caused her to end up on the street in a cardboard box, she'd be happy as long as she had a pen to write on the box with.

She admits this is not entirely untrue.
